Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. We are here to listen and support you.

Getting help from the practice

If you’re worried about your mental health, you can contact us in the same way you would for other appointments:

Depending on your needs, you may be offered an appointment with:

  • A GP

  • One of our Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs)

Our MHPs are trained professionals who can:

  • Support with issues like anxiety, low mood, or relapse of previous conditions

  • Provide practical advice and brief interventions

  • Help with self-management and wellbeing strategies

  • Refer you to specialist services if needed
