Urgent advice: When we are closed

Evening & Weekend Appointments

Working with Amber Valley Health, you can now book appointments at the Amber Valley Health Hub, Church Farm Primary Care Centre, Ripley DE5 3TH:

  • Mon–Fri: 6:15pm – 8:00pm

  • Sat–Sun: 8:45am – 11:45am

Appointments are provided by GPs and staff from local AVH practices. To book, call our reception on 📞 01773 713201.

Car parks

We are close to two public car parks at the William Gregg VC Leisure Centre (North and South).

Disabled Parking

A disabled parking bay is available outside the practice for patients with a valid Blue Badge. Please only use the marked bay and keep the garage entrance clear so clinicians can leave promptly for home visits.

There is limited on-street parking on Hands Road and Ilkeston Road.
