Ways to Contact Us

If your query is routine or admin related, we recommend contacting us via Patient Triage. A member of team will then respond to your query within 5 working days. You can do this at any time of day and it helps us decrease call waiting times.

If you would like to order a repeat prescription please call the Medicine Order Line, make a request through the NHS App or drop your repeat scrip into the surgery.

If you would prefer to talk over the phone, or your query is more urgent than this, then please call us on 01773 713201. When you call you will be given 6 options, these are listed below. Please read through these options to decide which is most appropriate your yourself.

 

  • Press 1 for Appointments - When to press this option you will be put into a queue to speak to one of our receptionists, please be patient as this can take several minutes due to the volume of calls being received. Requests for urgent or same day appointments will all be telephone appointments initially, please call before 11 if your query is urgent.
  • Press 2 for Insurance Reports - This will put you straight through to our admin department voicemail service. Please leave your details and a member of the team will get back to you withing 48 hours. Leaving a message allows our staff time to properly look into and resolve your query before calling you with the information.
  • Press 3 for Routine Referral Queries - This will put you straight through to our secretarial department voicemail. New referrals cannot be raised through this option as they require a clinitian's input, if you need a new referral please select option 6.  Please leave your details and a member of the team will get back to you withing 48 hours. Leaving a message allows our staff time to properly look into and resolve your query before calling you with the information. If your query is more urgent than this please select option 6 instead.
  • Press 4 for Results - This will put you in a queue to speak to a receptionist for your results. Please bare in mind results are only available after 11 am
  • Press 5 if you have received your long term condition review letter and need to book an appointment - This will put you through to our LTC booking team voicemail. Please leave your details and a member of the team will be in touch within 72 working hours once they have found an appropriate appointment and blood tests if needed.
  • Press 6 for anything else
  • Press 7 to hear these options again
