Our commitment

What this means for you

Zero tolerance

Acts of discrimination, harassment, bullying or abuse towards our staff will be taken seriously and managed under our Zero Tolerance Policy which is available on our Patient Rights and Responsibilities page.

Raising concerns

If you believe you have been treated unfairly or have difficulty accessing our services, please contact the Practice Manager. Concerns will be investigated promptly and fairly. You can also use our Complaints Policy if needed.
