If you have a long-term condition that needs regular monitoring you will be sent a letter inviting you to book an appointment.

You will be booked in with a nurse or doctor at a time that is convenient to do. If you have multiple LTCs we will try and merge them into one longer appointment where possible to avoid repeat trips to the surgery.

You may require a blood test before your appointment but the reception will let you know if this is needed when you book.

We have dedicated clinics with our practice nurses for smears, swabs, pessaries, coil checks and to have coils out. These appointments are slightly longer to allow for the procedures.

To book please call the surgery and select option 1 for an appointment and to talk to a receptionist.

Dr Reid and Dr Ashida are qualified to undertake minor operations, such as removal of lumps and bumps.

Nurses Maxine Sloman and Janine Chadwick hold this clinic regularly. they will book you in at your previous appointment.

Blood pressure 

if you require a BP please come to reception is use our BP machine or book an appointment with our HCA Cheryl.
