Please come to the surgery to register your newborn.

We will then be in contact via post with an appointment for you and baby to have a post-natal check at 6 weeks this will take around 40 minutes

This letter will also include information about your baby's 1st vaccinations.

6-18 Weeks

 

An appointment for baby's first vaccinations at 8 weeks will be included in your post-natal letter.

Baby will also require vaccinations at 12 weeks, 16 weeks, and 18 weeks. These will be booked with the nurses during the appointments.

1 Year Olds

We will contact you via post/text message when baby is 1 year old for their next appointment.
