Repeat Prescriptionsorange_pills

When you need to take medicines regularly the doctor or nurse may put them on repeat prescription. If so you will then have a tear off slip listing these medicines. You can request further supplies by ticking the items you require and either:

  • Posting the slip to the practice, either for collecting or with a stamped address envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • Calling your nominated pharmacy
  • Handing the slip to one of the local pharmacies who will arrange to collect the prescription on your behalf
  • Alternatively you can now order online by carrying out a simple registration - click on the 'order your repeat prescriptions on line' link above for further information.
